Овој транзистор би можел да го најдеш и во било која продавница за електроника во големи количини ;).

На C верзијата би требало само да му се разликува максималниот напон Vce, ништо повеќе од тоа ;). Ако не е критичен максималниот работен напон, би требало да може да се користи BC184 место BC184C ;).

епа целата работа е што ми требаат со високо hFE - над 500
