Проблем со кирилица во NotePad

Што треба да направам за да го решам овој проблем ?
Пишувам кирилица во нотепад и неможе да се зачува... еве што вади грешка:

Ќе избереш File --> Save As --> Encoding: UTF-8, како на сликава ;).
