Здраво.Потребни ми се 2 броја транзистори SUM65N20-30 кој што се од Y board од плазма телевизор.

Побарај било каков 200V-ен 65А-ски N-канален MOSFET. Ако нема дампер диода интегрирана во него, додади ја екстерно.
